Funimation video UI is a feature that can hide/show video UI by pressing 'Z' on your keyboard. Additionally, the PgUp/PgDown buttons will let you play the video forward or backward with an increment of only 1 second.

This tool is very useful when you want to take a screen capture of the current frame of an animation you are watching.
